3 types of detox for our body..

3 types of detox includes

  1. colon detox
  2. liver detox
  3. blood detox
Detox is done to suit our needs.  Our body actually have our own detox system. The inner doctor in our body will response naturally as to put things right by commanding our body to vomit or to excrete fast when eaten something not suitable for us

Our body will make us feel giddy to wake up when we over-stressed ourselves or experiencing total fatigue.  Since we can't wake up, we can just allow the body to do the healing by lying down for a few days. It needs a few days to regenerate and revitalize the body.. it is natural healing...

Look at our cuts and small wounds.  It is also our body ourselves that heals them. SO TRY TO LISTEN AND ATTEND TO OUR INNER DOCTOR INSIDE US SOMETIMES.  It pays... 

Look at how our body commands us to be sleepy and when awake, we again be in full energy.

So, DETOX is only done when we have overeaten and over-stressed or polluted ourselves intentionally or unintentionally.

Symptoms of over amount of toxemia and acidosis can be felt and checked through blood or urine or many other laboratory tests.

Knowing so, we have to undergo such detox so as to put us back on our feet, healthy and energetic once more..

I used to say... TAKE A U-TURN  when necessary...

Know your liver...

Your liver might be complaining... are your hearing it?


Ask yourself...

  • Are you feeling tired, irritable or bloated?
  • Is your hair falling out or having allergy symptoms?
  • Is your skin dry, fingernails cracked and breaking?
  • Do you have PMS? Constipation? Obesity? Thyroid issues? Irregular bowel movements?
  • Any or all of these symptoms may be due to a toxic, run-down liver.
  • People are realizing that the liver is a filter for the body and needs to be purged of toxins to stay healthy and function optimally.
  • The liver is the largest and most complex organ in the body and it cleans and filters our blood 24 hours a day.

How to detox? It is a generalized suggestion, but we do it all the time and it is indeed effective.

How to do liver detox...
[1] Most importantly, immediately stop polluting our liver
- stay away from all those foods written on the other post
[2] Do a colon detox first before detoxing our liver
- a colon detox can refer to our alimentary canal, thus we need to.increase roughage, full of fiber and go on a meatless, low carbohydrate diet for 7 days first.  Together, take a packet of nutirbifidus per day. [at least 90 days]
[3] Go for a juicing with celery, green apple, cucumber, bitter gourd, red carrot that makes 3 liter a day [7 days] finish drinking them.
[4] Take milk thistle with dandelion 2 tablets, Bio C, 6 tablets, B Complex, 4 tablets during liver detox.  Some people will take green herbs boiled good for liver, but those Nutrilite are more handy and concentrated.
[5] Maintain a balanced diet, take Double X twice a day during detox together with 2 scoop protein daily

With perseverance and patience, you will be soon feeling less tired, lighter because of weight decrease and be full of energy.  Try it out..

Those who are more prone to coolness[too ying] can add a few slices of ginger into the juicing.  For better taste of the juicing, add some Active 8 lemon. This is a half month liver detox.  Do it once every 3 months, then once every 6 months.

Maintain taking milk thistle, double X, Bio C and B complex for healthy liver.  Stay away from stress, medicines, alcohol and many others....  Be cool, be slow to anger.. Continuous anger will stress the liver.  Night sleep should start at 11pm daily too.  Our liver needs rest too...

Liver detox.... why is it so important to detox our liver?


The liver is the gateway to the body and in this chemical age its detoxification systems are easily overloaded. Thousands of chemicals are added to food and over 700 have been identified in drinking water. Plants are sprayed with toxic chemicals, animals are injected with potent hormones and antibiotics and a significant amount of our food is genetically engineered, processed, refined, frozen and cooked. 

All this can lead to destruction of delicate vitamins and minerals, which are needed for the detoxification pathways in the liver. The liver must try to cope with every toxic chemical in our environment, as well as damaged fats that are present in processed and fried foods. 

So, ask yourself, are you exposed to all those things mentioned above?  Are you feeling allergy to most foods or situations?  

When our liver is being overloaded with toxemia and embedded with fatty acids, the liver will not be able to function well.  One will feel tired and easily fatigue.  One of the most easily seen symptom will be allergy to many things.  The skin easily becomes sensitive and rashes and itchiness become common.  It gives one all the discomfort and embarrassment of poor skin texture and clarity.  


Those might be what is seen from the surface, but internally, the liver is battling to survive.  This organ lacks nerves to tell you that is it failing and sick until one day, it becomes inflamed and enlarged.  Well, then it becomes so much more complicated.
